At the beginning of the class,one student act as a reporter to cover a speech to all of students about an Old man falls down ,and no one wants to help him, and then let students start to debate whether we should help the fallen man
Students could improve their ability of act themselves out and their oral English .
Others could be much more familiar about the process in making news.
With their excellent performance, students could be active during the following study .S
Lead in
The teacher shows five pictures about the great person ,Mandela,Lin Qiaozhi , Jane Goodal, and Yuan Longping ,last one is John Janson
To lead students realize the the heroic teenager
Learning Goals
With the learning aims,the teacher tells what students have to do and why they have do these
To let students be clear about what they will get from this period.
Pre-Reading
Let students read the title and think of what the story is about
Let students realize this is the News
While-Reading
Let students read the 1st paragraph ,and answer five questions :who,what,where,how, why.
Let students read the passage carefully and finish the paper,and someone make presentation on the blackboard
Let students pay attention to the important point when reading the news
Coorperation
Let students disscuss with the partner to solve the questions that they don’t understand in the passage , and then write the unsolved problems on the blackboard
With the paper, students could know how to use them correctly. Meanwhile, they could practice their handwriting.
Also, they could pay attention to the common mistakes in their former study.

With the blanks of assessment, students check how much they have mastered.
