Lesson 4 How Many Books Are There？ 一．教学目标： 1.能听、说、读、写四会单词：forty，fifty，sixty，seventy，eighty，ninety并能灵活运用。 2.灵活运用以下句型： How many books are there on my desk ？/ There are eight books . 二．教学重难点： 1、how many 是固定短语。意思是“多少〞，用于对可数名词数量的提问。 2、there be 句型 意思是“有〞，表示在某地存在〔有〕某物/某人。单数的物或人，be动词用is ，两个或两个以上的物或人，be 动词用are。 3、put ...on... 介词短语，表示“把......放在......上。〞 4、From...to... 介词短语，表示“从......到......〞。 三．教具、学具： 1．实物：铅笔盒、铅笔、彩笔、书、橡皮等。 2．每个学生椅子下放一张实物图片，后面写有数字。 四．教学过程： 1．学生自读课文，找出不会的单词或短语，教师讲解，解决学生不会的内容，领读，并让学生书写。 2、先提问学生学过的数字1—30 ,再学习新的数字30—100。读写数字1—100。 3、练习第三局部。Match and colour. Demonstrate “win〞 and “lose〞 after the game is done 2.play a game of “spelling Bee〞 情感目标: When you get lose, you don’t lose your heart. Try it again and again. You will win at last. 教学重点、难点： 1. words about the game 2.win and lose 教具、学具：A big picture of this lesson and a tape 教学过程： Class opening and review Play “Charades〞 to review occupations the students mastered in Levels 1, 2 and 7: teacher, clerk, cashier, waitress and bus driver. After the students have guessed these occupations, add “doctor〞 and “police officer〞. The students mastered these words orally in Level 1, but they haven’t seen them for a long time. Whisper the translation for these occupations to the students acting them out, and help the class guess the occupations with lots of prompts and encouragement. You can, for example, draw blanks on the blackboard and slowly write in the letters as you sound out more and more of each occupation. Introduce Demonstrate “player〞 “team〞 “game〞 with six volunteers and a game of “spelling bee〞 divide the volunteers into two teams of three. Give player a sheet of coloured paper to hold, the same colour for each team. Demonstrate “win〞 and “lose〞 after the game is done. Point to the teams and as you say “You win/lose〞 Use th
