PAGE PAGE 27 城市土地利用结构和产业结构关系研究 ——以建德为例 摘要：任何地区产业结构的形态都是立足于一定的空间，也就是基于一定的土地利用结构。探究土地利用结构和产业结构的内在关系，将土地利用结构与城市产业发展规划相结合，是城市经济宏观调控的重要内容，可以合理促进经济的发展，具有十分重要的现实意义。本文选取建德市作为实证研究区域，构建产业结构土地利用分类体系，收集了建德市2008年-2014年土地利用数据和产业产业结构产值数据，分别研究该市土地利用结构和产业结构的动态性，并在此基础上，并运用偏差系数法和格兰杰因果关系检验的模型方法，得出了建德土地利用结构的变化是推动产业结构变化的的原因的结论，而且城市产业结构变化相比土地利用结构变化存在滞后性，并以此提出了对建德土地利用结构和产业结构的优化建议，为以后建德市协调两者关系，统筹建设发展，提供了参考依据。 关键词：土地利用结构产业结构建德市 Study on the relationship between urban land use structure and industrial structure?：a case study of?Jiande Abstract: The morphology of the regional industrial structure are based on a certain space, is based on the land use structure.
