小班幼儿午餐进餐教育现状的研究
摘要
本研究选取北京市密云区第四幼儿园小(一)班的28名幼儿和3名教师作为观察研究的对象,采用观察法对小班幼儿的午餐进餐情况和午餐进餐教育进行观察记录。在午餐这个一日生活环节中观察幼儿、教师的活动,了解小班幼儿进餐的现状。另外对教师进行访谈进一步全方位的了解小班幼儿午餐现状。
通过对小班幼儿午餐和午餐进餐教育的观察分析和对教师访谈的数据统计,得出了以下几条结论:1、幼儿的进餐环境图示可以有效的帮助幼儿建立进餐意识和进餐习惯。但是也有个别进餐环境的图示摆放不合理,没有引起幼儿的关注。2、教师在指导幼儿餐前、餐中、餐后的教育活动中,关注到了幼儿的明显问题,并针对此问题做出了相应的教育活动。但是对幼儿餐后的教育活动力度不够。3、在进餐中,教师的语言指导主要放在提醒幼儿吃饭不说话,吃饭细嚼慢咽,端正吃饭坐姿上。而对给个别幼儿的挑食、吃饭慢、吃饭东张西望等进餐问题行为关注较少。
根据以上的结论给予教师建设性意见,帮助小班幼儿建立良好的午餐进餐习惯,促进幼儿的健康成长。

Through the observation of the small children dine lunch and lunch education statistics analysis and interviews with teachers, the following several conclusions: 1, childrens eating environment dine here can be helpful for children establish consciousness and eating habits. But there are individual dining environment is put unreasonable, did not cause the attention of young children. 2, teachers in guiding children before a meal, eat, eat after the education activities, attention to the obvious problem children, and for this problem to make the corresponding education activities. But inadequate education activities for young children after dinner. 3, in eating, mainly on teachers language instruction to remind children to eat not to talk, eat slowly, eat sitting on. And to give a child piddle, eat slowly, eat look in all directions dine behavior problems such as less attention.
