城市幼儿不完全隔代教育的现状研究 摘要 本研究选取了北京市朝阳区望京新城幼儿园3-6岁有隔代教育情况的幼儿及其祖辈家长进行问卷调查,来研究城市幼儿不完全隔代教育的现状,并通过问卷中的重点题目来与幼儿的祖辈家长做进一步访谈,从而了解现当代城市幼儿不完全隔代教育的特点。 通过调查问卷和访谈,得出以下结论:父母陪伴幼儿的时间少;不完全隔代教育中祖辈家长易和幼儿父母发生意见冲突;祖辈教养幼儿文化水平不足、教育观念存在问题;祖辈家长对幼儿的期望高但又不舍得给幼儿过大压力。 根据以上结论,对社会、幼儿的父母及祖辈家长提出教育建议。 关键词:城市幼儿,不完全,隔代教育,祖辈家长 The status quo research of the incomplete generation-skipping education for children in urban areas Preschool Eduction 12-3 Zheng Bingbing Supervisor Cui Wei Abstract The students between 3-6 years old from the Chaoyang District, Beijing Wangjingxincheng Kindergarten was chosen to be the target of this research. We also invite their grandparents to join us do the questionnaire survey in order to found out the modern situation of the inter-generation education. Some questions are focused on those grandparents in order to explore the specialties of the inter-generation education . After the questionnaire, we also did the short interview with the grand parents about those specialized questions. According to the questionnaires and the interview, we have the following conclusion: Parents dont have enough time to stay with their own children. During the inter-generation education, the grandparents are easily to have conflict with the real parents of the child on some problems. The grand parents didnt get enough education when they were young which leads to some problems about the modern education. The grand parents have extremely high expectations about the child but they still dont want to put too much pressure on the children. Its kind of hard for them to find the proper balance. Above all, we think its a good idea to give out the advices to social media, children s parents and their grandparents. Key words: children in urban areas, incomplete, generation-skipping education, grand parents 一、问题的提出 (一)选题缘由 笔者在北京市朝阳区某所幼儿园实习过程中,通过两个月的持续观察发现,在接送幼儿上下学的家长中,绝大部分都是爷爷奶奶,也就是祖辈家长。而且,祖辈家长参与其中的不仅仅是幼儿的日常接送,在幼儿园的家园合作等诸多活动中,祖辈家长也以绝大部分的数量参与其中。在幼儿家庭教育中,亲子教育与隔代教育是主要的两种形态。现如今幼儿的父母由于工作繁忙、离异等因素,父母对幼儿的教育时间在逐渐减少,
