PAGE PAGE 47 创新能力与职业满意度之间的关系研究 摘要:众所周知,在知识经济时代,创新是企业生存的法宝,创新能力越强的企业越容易在优胜劣汰的竞争环境中存活。而作为企业创新主体的员工更是创新活动主要实践者,因此,研究影响员工的创新能力的因素从而找到提高员工创新能力的新途径成为学者广泛关注的焦点。 本文将在问卷调查的基础上来对当前中国知识型员工的职业满意度与创新能力之间的关系进行,同时借助SPSS19.0专业数据分析软件对调查中所得来的数据进行一系列,使最后得出的结论有数据作支撑。对现代企业来说,提高职业满意度是否能促进个体的创新能力的增强,需要我们投入更多的关注,所以对知识型员工的职业满意度和创新能力的关系的进行研究无论是从现实上还是长远的发展上来说都具有极大的意义。 本文在对职业满意度的研究上采用简单形式的明尼苏达满意度问卷,而创新能力则选取了采用了中国学者李霞的量表。通过调查企业员工,共收集到110份有效问卷,得到以下结果: 1、知识型员工的创新能力和职业满意度因个体特征变量的不同而呈现出显著的差异性。 2、研究通过相关分析表明职业满意度和它自身的四个结构维度确实与创新能力存在着相关性,从相关系数的大小来判定相关程度,工作外部与创新能力的相关性更为显著,其次是工作本身、工作关系和工作心态。 3、回归分析发现职业满意度对知识型员工的创新能力有正向的预测作用。 关键词:知识型员工、创新能力、职业满意度、知识经济 Relationship among career satisfaction and innovation ability ——A Case Study in Knowledge Workers Abstract:As we all know, in the era of knowledge economy, the core competitiveness of enterprises is from innovation, the stronger the ability to innovate ,the more likely to survive in the competitive environment of the fittest. As the staff of enterprises are the main innovation practitioners, therefore, to study the factors affecting employees ability to innovate and to find new ways to improve the innovation ability of employees becomes the focus of attention of scholars. In this paper, we study the knowledge workers, in the form of a questionnaire survey on the current situation of Chinese knowledge workers career satisfaction and innovation ability to understand, and analyzed by SPSS statistical software for survey data, empirical research is needed to explore the professional knowledge workers satisfaction with the relationship between innovation capacity. For modern enterprises, whether improving career satisfaction innovation capacity of staff will have a positive impact, which is still unanswered questions to be studied, and therefore the relationship between career satisfaction research and innovation capability of knowledge workers is of great practical and long-term significance.
