PAGE PAGE 18 创新能力与自我职业管理之间的关系研究 摘要：从19世纪60年代的第一代小型电子集成电路的设计到20世纪的大规模晶体电路的集成，人类社会发生了翻天覆地的变化，人们在面临各种高科技产品的过程中，进入了高科技时代。而随着高科技时代的到来，创新能力无论是关乎国家还是小到个人，都起着重要的作用。在这个竞争激烈的社会，个人的职业管理能力经受着来自不同方向的冲击。怎样在冲击中处理好自我职业管理，关键在于把握住创新这一因素。尽管个人职业管理中除了需要具备创新能力之外还需要具备知识、实践、经验等能力，但是在现在一个科技飞速发展，世界多元化的时代，找准创新与个人自我职业管理的切入点，把握好二者之间的关系，借此在促进个人发展的基础上对国家的发展也要有所贡献。[1] 本次论文的主题紧紧围绕创新能力与自我职业管理之间的关系展开论述，本次论文的创新之处在于开头并没有首先论述二者之间的关系，而是分别介绍关于创新能力与自我职业管理的概况，接着在二者发展概况的基础上，再加以深化，引出对创新能力与自我管理二者之间关系的探析，最后对全文的内容加以总结，深化全文中心。 关键词：创新能力、自我职业管理、科技时代、竞争、发展 The relationship between the innovation ability and self career management research Abstract:Since the 1860 s of the first generation of small electronic integrated circuit design to the large-scale crystal circuit integration of the 20th century, great changes have taken place in human society, people in the face of all kinds of high-tech products in the process, into the high-tech era.
