PAGE PAGE 52 利德办公楼结构建筑设计 摘要 本工程为利德办公楼，建筑面积5599.8平方米。工程主体为6层钢筋混凝土框架结构，建筑总高度24.5米。建筑物抗震设防烈度为7度，设计基本加速度为 本计算书主要包括框架建筑设计、结构布置。建筑设计包括建筑方案、建筑做法和建筑的平立剖面的设计。结构布置部分包括结构方案设计、计算和画施工图。结构方案包括梁柱的选用，计算包括采用D值法和二次弯矩分配法分别计算横向水平地震作用下框架内力和竖向荷载作用下框架内力，包括梁柱的配筋计算，施工图设计包括基础和楼梯的设计。 本设计依据现行国家规范和相关参考设计资料，根据经济、安全、适用等原则，并且考虑到建筑与周围环境的和谐和统一等具体因素进行整体的规划与设计。最后结构计算部分应用PKPM系列软件，建筑和结构施工图全部采用AutoCAD软件制作完成。 关键词：框架结构；办公楼；抗震设计；结构设计 ABSTRACT This project for the LI DE office buildings, construction area of 5599.8 square meters. Engineering subject is 6 layer?reinforced concrete frame structure, building a total height of 24.5 meters. Seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees, building design basic acceleration of 0.15 g, design earthquake are grouped into the second group, fire rating for the secondary, site category for Ⅲ class. The calculation is mainly including architectural design, frame structure arrangement. Architectural design including?construction plan, construction method and construction of the flat vertical section design. Part structure arrangement including structure design, calculation and construction drawing.?Calculating structure scheme including the selection of beams, including adopting?the D value method and the secondary bending moment distribution method to calculate?lateral frame internal force under horizontal seismic action and the internal forces of the frame under vertical load, including beam?reinforcement calculation, construction drawing design including the design?of the foundation and stairs. This design according to the existing national standards and related reference design data, according to the economic, safety and applicable principle, and considering the buildings with the surrounding environment harmonious and unified specific factors such as the overall planning and design. The last part structure calculation using PKPM series software, construction and structure construction drawing all adopt the AutoCAD software. Keywords:Frame structure; Office building
