Key words： rural residents;infectious disease;cognition;influencing facto 进入21世纪以来，严重急性呼吸道综合征(SA)和人禽流感等传染病的暴发与流行，使人们对突发公共卫生事件特别是新发传染病的突如其来产生心理紧张或恐慌〔1,2〕，人们对传染病的认知和心理应对出现了新的特点。为了解农村居民对传染病的认知状况和心理状态及其对传染病防治所产生的影响，了解他们接受传染病宣传与服务的需求，本项目在河南省随机选取3个不同 经济 条件的县，选取部分居民和医疗单位进行调查，为采取相应措施提高农村居民对传染病的认知水平，从而更有效地预防和控制传染病的发病、传播和流行提供依据。现将结果报告如下。 1 对象与方法 11 对象 按地理位置和经济水平，将河南省农村划分为3个不同经济区域，分别从中
