Clinical Application of Moxibustion in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Abstract: This paper reviews literature research about moxibustion in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis in recent years. It aims to summarize the clinical application of moxibustion treatment and to better guide clinics. In the meantime, the paper also points out the research direction for the moxibustion treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. 中译文: 灸法诊疗肩周炎 临床应用概况 摘要: 本文对多年来灸法诊疗肩周炎 文件加以回顾性综述。意在总结灸法诊疗肩周炎 临床概况, 从而愈加好地指导临床。同时也为以后灸法诊疗肩周炎 临床研究指明了方向。 报道型摘要(informative abstract) 也称为信息型摘要, 其特点是全方面、简明地概括论文 研究目 、方法、结果和结论等, 这种摘要与指示型摘要相比, 篇幅显著较长, 摘要内容更具体, 现在中国外大多数医学论文摘要多为信息型摘要。 这类型摘要从写作格式 角度看, 也叫作结构式摘要 The Clinical Research on Vertigo Caused by Blood-supply Insufficiency of Vertebral-basilar Artery with Cluster Acupuncture Therapy on Head 头穴丛刺诊疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕 临床研究 Abstract: Objective: To compare the therapeutic effects of cluster acupuncture therapy on head with the common acupuncture for treating the vertigo caused by blood-supply insufficiency of vertebral-basilar artery. Methods: 48 patients were selected who had vertigo caused by blood-supply insufficiency of vertebral-basilar artery and divided into two groups at random. Each group had 24 patients. The treatment group was treated by cluster acupuncture therapy on head and the control group was treated by common acupuncture. The clinical effect between two groups was judged. Results: The effective rate in treatment group was 91.7% and it was obviously better than that in the control group which was 75.0% (p0.05). Conclusion: It is an effective therapy for the treatment of vertigo caused by blood-supply insufficiency of vertebral-basilar artery, and it has a better curative efficacy than common acupuncture. 摘 要 目 : 比较头穴丛刺与常规体针诊疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症 疗效差异; 方法: 将48例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症患者随机分为诊疗组和对照组, 诊疗组采取头穴丛刺并加电针 方法诊疗, 对照组采取常规体针进行操作; 10次为一疗程, 连续诊疗两个疗程后两组进行疗效对比, 而且比较诊疗前后椎动脉和基底动脉
