Ask the students to listen to the recorder and match the pictures with the words in the box. III. Ask the students some questions: 1. What would you say first when you make a phone call? 2. What would you say first when you answer a phone call? 3. What can you do if the person you want to talk to is not on the phone? IV. Ask the students to listen to a dialogue and answer the questions: Who is Mr. White? What does Mr. White want to order? Whom does Mr. White have to talk with? What would the sale manager do?
