How to build a univeity campus with culture and background， how to achieve the goal of safe， reliable， good quality and reasonable cost through effective project management is the purpose of this study。 Based on the problems existing in the evaluation of project management in a univeity， this paper puts forward some ideas for improving the evaluation of project management， and then cotructs an evaluation index system for cotruction project management of colleges and univeities (involving project planning， design management， progress management， quality management， etc.)， forming a project management evaluation model which is in line with a univeity cotruction project，including 11 two. Grade index， 34 three level index. And the evaluation method and maturity standard of project management in a certain univeity are clarified. On this basis， the project of a pre-school training building in a univeity is taken as the research object， and the relevant experts are invited to determine the weight and fuzzy evaluation，and the evaluation results of the project management of the pre-school training building are formed， and the previous analysis is made.
