As the development of HR, businessdecision-making is increasingly cotrained by the HR management. The probation, eachemployee going through, is essential for corporate HR management. Probation is a specialrun-in period that law gives employe and employees to provide a platform for employeand employees so that both sides can undetand and be familiar with each other. Then itcan lay a good foundation for the later cooperation, and finally achieve a smooth integrationof businesses and employees。 Ecnese Electric Co., Ltd. is located in Baoding. Since its inception in 2006, themanagement team and staff team continues to expand, but also in the management process,there are still a variety of problems, especially in HR management, where the conflictsbetween traditional peonnel management and modern HR management are difficult toeliminate. In the probation period management, there exist serious problems from theoverall planning to recruitment, salary system, training and being regular, restricting thefurther development of enterprises.
