It comes from the thirdvolume of zheng zhi hui bu， a famous physician in Qing dynasty. Medicinal tea dosage form of the song “taiping sheng hui fang”， thecollection of herbal tea. In the previous study， Fu tea was added to radixpuerariae decoction in shaanxi province to promote blood lipid and bloodglucose regulation in diabetic mice。 Based on the literature investigation at home and abroad and thepreliminary pharmacological experiments， this study changed thetraditional decoction into granule preparation for patients to take andstore. To investigate the extraction and molding process of granules fromGehuang Fu Tea， various quality standards， and the protective effects ofgranules on blood glucose， lipids， liver and kidney in diabetic mice。 Study on the preparation of Gehuang Fu Tea mousediabetes model was established by animal experiment， and the waterextract and alcohol extract of radix astragali of pueraria were given. Theresults showed that the effects of the alcohol extract group on bodyweight and blood sugar were significantly better than that of the waterextract group. With puerarin and the astragalus glycosides content aquality index， the single factor investigation extraction time， ethanolconcentration， extraction times， solid-liquid ratio， again with puerarin， astragalus glycosides content， extract rate， three weighted compositescore， the design of four facto three levels orthogonal test for Ge whenthe best extraction condition was 60% etha
