中国五城市儿童靶身高预测公式（临床医学范文） 目录 TOC \o 1-9 \h \z \u 目录 1 正文 1 文1：中国五城市儿童靶身高预测公式 1 1 对象与方法 3 2 结果 4 文2：中国五城市儿童靶身高预测公式 5 1 对象与方法 6 2 结果 7 3 讨论 9 参考文摘引言： 10 原创性声明（模板） 12 文章致谢（模板） 12 正文 中国五城市儿童靶身高预测公式（临床医学范文） 文1：中国五城市儿童靶身高预测公式 ［Abstract］ Objective To examine applicability of the formulas used to compute target height for Chinese children of cities in China.Methods The subjects were 2 550 children aged 17~20 yea from five cities of China.The adult height of children was measured and the midparental height was determined by the height self-reported of childrens parent.The formulas of predicting target height for Chinese were proposed by corrected midparental height method (CMH),simple linear function of midparental height (FPH),and conditional target height (cTH).The one-sample t test was used to test the difference between the adult height and target height with the expected mean value of zero.Results The mean residual values for estimating target height for Chinese by CMH-C，cTH-C，FPH-C were not significant (P=0.51~0.99);However,CMH-C underestimated the target height for children with midparental height ≤-1.5 SDS,and overestimated for children with midparental height ≥ 1.5 SDS (P0.05).In comparison,the formulas from other population mostly overestimated target height of Chinese children (P0.01) from five cities.In testing sample,there were not significant differences between adult height of children and target height predicted by cTH-C and FPH-C (P0.05).Conclusion The cTH-C，FPH-C (in cm or SDS) of predicting target height are applicable for Chinese children of the five cities in the clinical evaluation of growth promotion treatments. ［Key words］ target height;midparental height;Chinese children 1970年Tanner等［1］首次提出了靶身高（target height）的概念，并以父母身高中值（mid-parental height，MPH）加减6.5 cm计算男女儿童的靶身高，称为父母身高中值修正法（corrected midparental height,CMH）。由于靶身高能够预测儿童身高的遗传潜力，所以在儿科临床中，普遍用于儿童矮身高鉴别诊断和治疗监测。 Luo等［2］依据瑞典儿童样本，曾提出了以父母身高中值线性函数预测儿童靶身高（final parental height，FP
