All of the treatment groups without hepatic iufficiency were administered INH, PZA, RFP for two months. The prevent treatment group was added the Granule(4 g, three times a day). The prevent contrast treatment group was added Glucurone(0.2 g, three times a day). The contrast group was added nothing. The treatment group with hepatic iufficiency used the Granule for one month (8 g, three times a day) , the contrast group with hepatic iufficiency had used Oleanolic Acid (60 mg, three times a day) and Huganpian ( 4 pieces, three times a day ) for one month.Results:The proportion of the patients who had hepatic iufficiency of the prevent treatment group was 1.9%, the prevent contrast treatment group was 4.8%, and the contrast group was 7.1%. The show effect proportion of the treatment group with hepatic iufficiency was 76.5%, the contrast group with hepatic iufficiency was 40%. There was notable difference between the two groups (P0.01).
