摘 要 环境在人的发展中具有重要的地位和作用，杜威在《民主主义与教育》中指出： “环境对人的教育有着强烈的暗示作用，可引导行为的内涵和方向。”可见，学习环 境在一定程度上也影响着学生的学习成果。班级是学生进行学习活动的主要场所，班 级学习环境是指在班级中与学生这一主体学习有关的一切因素和条件的总和。通过深 入小学班级环境建设的观察记录以及对学生和老师进行访谈，发现影响学生学习的环 境因素来自方方面面，如何能够更好的建设班级学习环境，让学生以更好的状态投入 到学习中，还需要进行更深度的思考。 本文以小学班级学习环境建设为主，以班主任角度为出发点，采用文献分析法、 观察法、访谈法等研究方法展开对班级环境现状调查，查找问题，分析原因。本论文 的第一部分是介绍班级学习环境的基本要义，即为：在班级这个学习环境里，与学生 这一主体学习学习有关的一切因素和条件的总和；第二部分是对影响班级学习环境因 素的调查。通过调查班级的空间摆设、卫生环境、人际关系、制度落实等情况来将班 级环境建设的因素分为较为抽象与具体的物质环境建设、精神环境建设和制度环境建 设；第三部分则是对优化班级学习环境建设的建议。以良好的班级学习环境主要来自 于班级的物质环境，精神环境和制度环境为切入点，对优化班级学习环境提出：1.班 主任的班级管理观念要与时俱进。2.班主任要重视班级的学习环境，建设适应和有特 色的物态班级空间。3.班主任要尽力建设和谐师生关系、生生关系。4.班主任要为班 级制定良好的学习环境管理制度。5.班主任要给学生树立正确的主人翁意识。6.班主 任要将物质环境、精神环境、制度环境有机结合等建议。 关键词：小学班级； 学习环境； 教室空间； 环境建设； I Abstract Environment plays an important role in human development. Dewey pointed out in democracy and education that environment has a strong implication on human education and can guide the connotation and direction of behavior. It can be seen that learning environment also influences student’ learning results to some extent. Class is the main place for students to carry out learning activities.
