小学教育本科毕业生就业问题调查研究 ——以湖南科技大学为例 摘要 一直以来，师范专业类大学生是我们国家教育系统下极其重要有影响力的人力资源 组成，而小学教育学专业师范生是教育系统中面向基础教育的有着具体指定对口就业方 向（小学阶段的教学工作）的专业。小学教育本科毕业生一般情况下而言，就业方向明 确——即成为面向小学生教育阶段的人民教师，就业率相对而言应该呈现出不差的结果 大家能够充分实现就业,尤其是当前，国家二胎政策刚刚颁布，不论是地方还是整个国 家，对于小学教师的需求相对前几年来说应该是普遍有所增加的，因此，小学教育专业 的本科生就业率相对也应当较高。然而，在实际的小学教育专业毕业生就业情况调查中 发现，小学教育专业毕业生在求职就业过程中，普遍存在着一些问题：首次就业时择业 现象严重，就业区域选择单一，初次就业信心不足等。 此文以小学教育专业为例，对该专业的毕业生就业现状进行了调研，以及对上一届 （2018 届）的往届毕业生的就业信息进行数据分析比较，得出就业中存在的主要问题 然后分析问题存在的主要原因，并对此提出了想法与建议。 第一部分是引言，其内容有：本文研究的背景、意义以及当前的研究现状和对该文 的研究思路、研究的方法以及研究创新点的分析。第二部分是针对湖南科技大学小学教 育 2019 届本科应届毕业生就业状况的调查分析和对 2018 届往届生的就业数据的对比分 析。第三部分主要分析的是小学教育专业毕业生在就业中存在的问题：就业区域选择单 一、就业能力不足、就业信息获取渠道单一。第四部分是针对前面一部分提出的小学教 育本科生就业中存在的问题，分别从三个方面，即社会、学校以及毕业生自身方面来分 析影响小学教育专业毕业生充分就业的原因。最后一部分则针对前面两部分的内容—— 存在的问题和影响因素，提出相应的解决对策。 关键词：本科毕业生、就业问题、小学教育 Abstract Normal college students have always been an extremely important and influential component of human resources in our countrys education system.
