摘 要 学习风气作为教育教学过程中的一股精神力量，是衡量一个班集体是否优秀的重 要标准之一。教育教学活动常常会影响班级学习风气，班级学风同时也会反作用于教 学活动，二者相互作用，相互联结。 良好的班级学习风气深远持久的影响着学生的学习，它帮助学生端正学习态度， 养成良好的学习习惯，进而培养出社会所需要的高素质人才，从长远来看，它不仅有 利于班级范围内的学习风气建设，甚至对学校的学习风气、社会的学习风气也有一定 的推动作用。本论文以小学班级为研究对象，利用文献法和访谈法对小学班级学习风 气的影响因素进行分析研究，尝试提出有利于良好班级学风建设的对策与建议，力在 为研究小学班级学习风气的学者提高新的思路与视野。 关键词：小学教育；学风建设；影响因素；形成策略 1 Abstract Learning atmosphere, as a spiritual force in the process of education and teaching, is one of the important standards to measure whether a class is excellent or not.
