But the absorption of antispasmodics of quaternary ammonium in intestine are poor.Distribution: Atropine and other antispasmodics of tertiary amine absorbed can distribute extensively in the body and get to higher concentration in CNS，especially for scopolamine. But antispasmodics of quaternary amine is more difficult to pass BBB and have weaker effects. 2023/9/197 Ellimination: Atropine can be elliminated quickly in vivo.The
