摘要：不同的经济运行制度，要求有与之相适应的税制结构，这种制约关系，在社会主义转型国家中的税制结构选择问题上表现得十分明显。自1978年以来，我国的经济体制改革推动着税制结构的变革与完善。主要表现在以下几个方面：一是实行社会主义市场经济，在税收的财政职能和经济调节职能方面，都要求选择以商品劳务税和所得税并重的税制模式。二是多种经济形式和经营方式并存，经济情况变得异常复杂，需要有一个由多种税组成、多环节课征、具有多种功能的复合税制与之相适应。三是强调运用包括税收在内的经济杠杆调控经济运行，需要以一个完善的税收宏观调控制度为基础。因此，所需要建立的是符合社会主义市场经济要求、体现国家政策的税制结构。因此，不同的经济体制对国家GDP存在不同的影响。本文主要探讨市场经济和财政宏观调控对国家GDP的影响，并根据其影响情况提出一些提高GDP值的对策。 关键词：市场经济；宏观调控；GDP；影响 Absrtact: Different economic operation systems require corresponding tax structure, which is very obvious in the choice of tax structure in socialist transition countries. Since 1978, Chinas economic system reform has promoted the reform and improvement of tax structure. It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: Firstly, the implementation of socialist market economy requires the choice of a tax system that pays equal attention to both commodity and labor tax and income tax in terms of fiscal and economic regulation functions of taxation. Secondly, the coexistence of various economic forms and modes of operation makes the economic situation extremely complex, which requires a compound tax system consisting of multiple taxes, multi-link levying and multi-function to adapt to it. Thirdly, it emphasizes the use of economic leverage, including taxation, to regulate economic operation, which needs to be based on a sound macro-control system of taxation. Therefore, what we need to establish is a tax structure that meets the requirements of the socialist market economy and reflects the state policy. Therefore, different economic systems have different effects on national GDP. This paper mainly discusses the impact of market economy and financial macro-control on national GDP, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the GDP value according to its impact.
