PAGE PAGE III 风险投资对企业创新的影响研究 摘要：近年来我国风险投资行业不断升温，各种风险投资机构如雨后春笋般不断涌现，随着我国资本市场的不断完善，风险投资的退出途径日趋增加，也使得风险投资这一新型的投融资方式更加贴近普通企业。风险投资作为金融体系的一种完善和补充，能有效缓解企业融资难、发展难、运营难等一系列问题。在国家大力推动大众创新、万众创业的今天，利用好风险投资去服务实体经济、促进产业升级、扩大企业规模、提升创新能力，其意义非同一般。另外一方面，学术界对于风险投资的研究也在不断深入。本文在厘清相关风险投资和企业创新相关概念的基础上，重点分析风险投资对企业创新的影响，并提出相应的企业创新的提升建议。 关键词：风险投资；企业创新；影响；建议 Abstract: recently venture capital industry has been rising continuously in recent years. Various venture capital institutions have sprung up like mushrooms. With the continuous improvement of capital market in China, venture capital exit approaches are increasing gradually.Moreover venture capital investment mode is closer to ordinary enterprises.Venture capital as a perfect complement to financial system can effectively alleviate enterprises financing difficulties development difficulties operation difficulties and so on a series of problems.Nowadays, nowadays, we vigorously promote public innovation and entrepreneurship today. It is significant to utilize venture capital to serve real economy, promote industrial upgrading, expand enterprise scale and improve innovation capability.On the other hand, academic research on venture capital is also constantly deepening.Based on clarifying relevant concepts related venture capital and enterprise innovation this paper focuses on analyzing the impact of venture capital on enterprise innovation and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving enterprise innovation.
