“三牛”精神融入大学生思想政治教育研究

2020年12月31日，习近平总书记在全国政协新年茶话会上的讲话中指出，我们必
须大力发扬为民服务孺子牛、创新发展拓荒牛和艰苦奋斗老黄牛的精神，在全面建设社
会主义现代化国家新征程上奋勇前进。“三牛”精神为大学生思想政治教育提供了丰富
的教育资源，对高校思想政治教育具有重要的育人价值。“三牛”精神融入大学生思想
政治教育是宣传和弘扬“三牛”精神的有效途径，是培育大学生为民服务宗旨观、开拓
创新发展观和艰苦奋斗价值观的重要载体，是落实立德树人根本任务、着力培养担当民
族复兴大任时代新人的现实需要。
为民服务、无私奉献孺子牛精神，创新发展、攻坚克难拓荒牛精神和艰苦奋斗、吃
苦耐劳老黄牛精神的“三牛”精神与大学生思想政治教育具有紧密的联系，且二者的融
合具有十分重要的意义。通过问卷调查，结果表明融入的工作取得了一定的成效，但仍
存在细微的问题，分析深层的原因后可从发挥大学生主观能动性学习“三牛”精神，着
力搭建课堂教学平台讲授“三牛”精神，营造校园文化氛围弘扬“三牛”精神，开展社
会实践活动践行“三牛”精神，构筑网络教育平台传播“三牛”精神等方面探索融入的
有效路径，汇聚形成课程育人、文化育人、实践育人、网络育人合力，力求充分发挥“三
牛”精神的思想政治教育价值和育人功能。
