基于本研究结果得出以下结论：（1）向生物学重要概念教学中融入APOS理论符合师

生期待；（2）APOS理论在应用于生物学重要概念教学前需要重构；（3）APOS理论指导下

的生物学重要概念教学流程能够提升学生学习效果。

ABSTRACT

BiologyCurriculumStandardsforOrdinarySeniorHighSchools(2017edition2020

revision)clearlyputsforwardthecurriculumideaoffocusingonbigconcepts,whichrequires

theimplementationofseniorhighschoolbiologyconceptteaching,andthescientificbiology

curriculumalsorequiresthatteachersguidestudentstoindependentlyconstructcognitivemodels

ofbiologicalconcepts,andthatstudentsinternalizethemodelsintotheirownknowledgesystems

andusethemtosolveproblems.Importantconceptsarethesupportandspecificdescriptionsof

bigconceptsandserveasabridgebetweenseveralbiologicalfactsandbigconceptsordisciplinary

ideas.However,biologyteachingandevaluationinseniorhighschoolemphasizesthe

transmissionandmemorizationoffactsandneglectstheprocessofstudentsindependent

constructionofconcepts,andtheteachingofconceptalsoexistsasaformalityortheprocessis

incomplete.Basedonthetheoreticalresearchofconceptteachinginotherdisciplines,The

applicationofAPOStheoryinteachingofconcepthelpsstudentstoformthenetworksofabstract

concepts.Basedonthebackground,thestudyattemptstotransfertheAPOStheorytotheteaching

ofimportantconceptsinseniorhighschoolbiology,anddesigntheteachingprocessofimportant

conceptsbasedontheAPOStheory.Throughthepractice,thisstudyfurtherexploresthe

effectivenessofapplyingAPOStheorytotheteachingofbiologyimportantconceptsinsenior

highschool.
