数字普惠金融与区域金融风险的实证分析

摘要：当前，数字普惠金融的发展给各行业带来了新的契机，对我国的国民经济也产生了重要的影响。本文通过构建区域金融风险指标

体系，使用炳值法测算出中国2011一2019年31个省市的区域金融风险指数，通过相关检验来探究数字普惠金融对其的影响，以及可以通过哪

些方法更充分地发挥数字普惠金融的作用。研究结果表明，数字普惠金融的发展会促进区域金融风险的空间溢出效应，但是技术水平的提升和

政府监管水平的提高会抑制这种溢出效应。基于此，本文提出了建立完善监管系统、提升政府信息透明度以及提高创新能力等建议。

Abstract:Atpresent,thedevelopmentofdigitalinclusivefinancehasbroughtnewopportunitiestoall

industries,andalsohasanimportantimpactonChinasnationaleconomy.Byconstructingtheregionalfi-

nancialriskindexsystem,thispaperusestheentropymethodtocalculatetheregionalfinancialriskindex

of3lprovincesandcitiesinChinafrom20llto2019,andexplorestheinfluenceofdigitalinclusivefi-

nanceonthemthroughrelevanttests,andwhichmethodscangivefullplaytotheroleofdigitalinclusive

finance.Theresultsshowthatthedevelopmentofdigitalinclusivefinancewillpromotethespatialspill-

overeffectofregionalfinancialrisks,buttheimprovementoftechnologylevelandtheimprovementofgov-

ernmentsupervisionlevelwillrestrainthespillovereffect.Basedonthis,thispaperputsforwardsome

suggestions,suchasestablishingandimprovingthesupervisionsystem,improvingthetransparencyofgov-

ernmentinformationandimprovingtheinnovationability.
