基于熵值法分析河南省新型城镇化

建设的可持续发展路径

摘要“新型城镇化”一直是国内外研究的热点议题，但其确切内涵仍待界定。在研究方法论上，国外学者倾向于

单一指标分析，而国内研究者多采用复合指标评估体系。尽管如此，指标选择的标准化尚未达成共识，部分研究

依赖主观判断，这可能削弱数据的可靠性。基于此，本文创新性地设计了一个包含人口、经济、社会、基础、生态及

城乡一体化六个维度的综合评价框架，运用摘值法构建评价体系，以确保评估的客观性和公正性。此外，特别引

入国际互联网用户数量作为基础设施建设的考量因素，旨在揭示河南省互联网普及程度与新型城镇化进程的内

在联系，以此为后续城镇化建设提供基于可持续发展的策略指导。

Abstract:Thetopicof“newurbanizationhasbeeninthespotlightinbothdomesticandinternationalstudies,

butitsexactconnotationhasyettobedefined.Intermsofresearchmethodology,foreignscholarstendtoanalyze

singleindicators,whiledomesticresearchersmostlyadoptcompositeindicatorassessmentsystem.Nevertheless,no

consensushasbeenreachedonthestandardizationofindicatorselection,andpartoftheresearchreliesonsub-

jectivejudgment,whichmayweakenthereliabilityofthedata.Basedonthis,thispaperinnovativelydesignsa

comprehensiveevaluationframeworkcontainingsixdimensions:demographic,economic,social,basic,ecological

andurban-ruralintegration,andutilizestheentropymethodtoconstructtheevaluationsystemtoensuretheob-
