——基于人工智能创新发展试验区的准自然实验

摘要

基于2010~2022年中国A股上市公司数据，以人工智能创新发展试验区作为准自然实验，从数智融合视

角，考察试验区设立政策对企业ESG表现的影响。研究发现：人工智能试验区的设立显著提升企业ESG总

体表现，且显著改善企业环境和公司治理表现，但对企业的社会表现影响不显著；企业数字化、智能化、

数智融合水平正向调节试验区设立对企业ESG表现的影响；非国有、规模更小、政府补贴更多、数字生态

环境更优、高科技以及非重污染的企业ESG表现政策受益更明显。
