米诺环素联合碘甘油治疗老年牙周炎的临床效果分析

摘要目的：分析米诺环素联合碘甘油治疗老年牙周炎的临床效果。方法：选取2021年3月—2022年4月北京水利医

院收治的老年牙周炎患者66例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组，各33例。两组均进行常规治疗，

对照组使用碘甘油治疗，观察组在对照组基础上使用米诺环素治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，两组附着丧失、

探诊深度、牙龈指数下降，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组口唇、牙肉及组织、舌头、唾液、真牙、口腔卫生、牙

痛评分下降，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-8

（IL-8）水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平下降，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。

结论：米诺环素联合碘甘油治疗老年牙周炎的临床效果良好，能够改善牙周指标，降低炎性因子水平，改善口腔健康。

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheclinicaleffectofminocyclinecombinedwithiodineglycerolintreatingsenileperiodontitis.

Methods:Atotalof66elderlypatientswithperiodontitisadmittedtoBeijingShuiliHospitalfromMarch2021toApril2022were

selectedasthestudysubjects.Theyweredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtorandomnumbertable
