摘要：针对目前我国自动测试系统领域中综合性能评价体系不完善的现状，提出了一种模糊综合评价方法。首先，对自动测试系

统的综合性能进行深入分析，建立了综合评价指标体系；然后，运用层次分析法构造评价比较判断矩阵，确定了评价指标的权重；同

时，利用模糊综合评价方法建立了模糊综合评价模型；最后，对VXI总线测试系统的性能进行了评价。结果表明，评价结果符合客观

实际，具有一定的参考价值。
