ThisAgreementisvoluntarilysignedbythefollowingtwoparties(hereinaftercollectivelyreferredtoastheParties)on____(EffectiveDate)at____(PlaceofSigning).ItaimstoregulatethemanagementofconfidentialinformationandtheprotectionofpersonalprivacyintheprocessofcooperationandbusinesstransactionsbetweenthetwoParties,clarifytherightsandobligationsofbothParties,preventinformationleakageandprivacyinfringementrisks,andsafeguardthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofbothPartiesandrelevantnaturalpersons.InaccordancewiththeCivilCodeofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,theCybersecurityLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,theDataSecurityLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,thePersonalInformationProtectionLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,theAnti-UnfairCompetitionLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandotherrelevantlawsandregulations,andcombinedwiththeactualsituationofbothParties,thefollowingagreementisreachedthroughfriendlynegotiationformutualabidance.
