一、保密信息的定义与范围/I.DefinitionandScopeofConfidentialInformation

1.1保密信息（ConfidentialInformation）：指自签署日起，甲方为实现双方合作之目的，以书面、口头、电子数据、实物载体、可视化展示等任何形式，向乙方披露的所有未公开信息，以及乙方在参与合作过程中自行获取的与甲方相关的未公开信息。

1.1ConfidentialInformation:ReferstoallunpublishedinformationdisclosedbyPartyAtoPartyBinanyformsuchaswriting,oralcommunication,electronicdata,physicalcarrier,visualdisplay,etc.,forthepurposeofrealizingcooperationbetweenthetwopartiesasoftheSigningDate,aswellasunpublishedinformationrelatedtoPartyAindependentlyobtainedbyPartyBinthecourseofparticipatinginthecooperation.
