本2026年中英文保密信息管理协议（以下简称“本协议”）由以下双方（以下合称“双方”，单独称为“一方”）于____年____月____日（以下简称“生效日”）在____（签署地）自愿签署。双方均为依法成立并有效存续的法律主体，具备签署和履行本协议的合法资格。为规范双方在合作及业务往来中保密信息的管理行为，防范保密信息泄露风险，保障双方合法权益，依据《中华人民共和国民法典》《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》等相关法律法规，本着平等自愿、公平诚信、权责对等的原则，经双方友好协商一致，达成如下协议，以资共同信守。

ThisChinese-EnglishConfidentialInformationManagementAgreement2026(hereinafterreferredtoastheAgreement)isvoluntarilysignedon____(EffectiveDate)at____(PlaceofSigning)bythetwopartieshereto(hereinaftercollectivelyreferredtoastheParties,andeachindividuallyreferredtoasaParty).EachPartyisalegallyestablishedandvalidlyexistinglegalentity,withthelegalqualificationtosignandperformthisAgreement.ForthepurposeofregulatingthemanagementofconfidentialinformationincooperationandbusinesstransactionsbetweenthetwoParties,preventingtheriskofdisclosureofconfidentialinformation,andsafeguardingthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofbothParties,inaccordancewiththeCivilCodeofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,theAnti-UnfairCompetitionLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandotherrelevantlawsandregulations,andbasedontheprinciplesofequality,voluntariness,fairness,goodfaithandequalityofrightsandobligations,thetwoPartieshavereachedthefollowingagreementthroughfriendlynegotiationforjointcompliance.
