基于空气弹簧的火箭撬减振系统建模及效能分析

摘要:为显著改善被试品在轨力学环境,基于空气弹簧设计了适用于火箭撬的减振系统。通过建立空气弹簧理

论模型联立减振系统运动方程非线性求解,获得了减振系统动态响应,并采用全尺寸原理样机振动台试验验证了预示的

准确性。理论分析表明,在实测时域信号激励下,以设计指标及安全性为边界,空气弹簧的许用充气压力范围为0.20~

0.47MPa;在0.4MPa充气压力下,减振系统可将冲击峰值由1900g衰减至18g,对频域高于50Hz的激励信号具备极好

的减振效能。

Abstract:Here,tosignificantlyimproveinorbitmechanicalenvironmentofatestedobject,avibrationreduction

systemsuitableforrocketsledwasdesignedbasedonairspring.Anairspringtheoreticalmodelwasestablished,and

combinedwithdynamicequationofvibrationreductionsystem,theyweresimultaneouslysolvednonlinearlytoobtain

dynamicresponseofvibrationreductionsystem,andthecorrectnessofthepredictionwasverifiedwithfull-scaleprototype

shakingtabletests.Theoreticalanalysisshowedthatundermeasuredtime-domainsignalsexciting,takingdesignindexes

andsafetyasboundaries,theallowableinflationpressurerangeofairspringsis0.20-0.47MPa;underaninflation

pressureof0.4MPa,thevibrationreductionsystemcanattenuatethepeakimpactaccelerationfrom1900gto18g,and

haveexcellentdampingperformanceforexcitationsignalswithinthefrequencydomainabove50Hz.
