BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Phenchlobenpyrrone是⼀种⾼选择性的、能透过⾎脑屏障的神经元钙(Ca2+channel)拮抗剂。

Phenchlobenpyrrone轻度抑制AChE活性。Phenchlobenpyrrone抑制Aβ聚集并促进Aβ寡聚体的清除。

Phenchlobenpyrrone减少Tau蛋⽩的异常磷酸化。Phenchlobenpyrrone可⽤于研究阿尔茨海默病。
