１．０．３进行城镇燃气输配工程施工的单位，必须具有与工程规模

相适应的施工资质；进行城镇燃气输配工程监理的单位，必须具有相

应的监理资质。工程项目必须取得建设行政主管部门批准的施工

文件后方可开工。

１．０．４承担燃气钢质管道、设备焊接的人员，必须具有锅炉

容器管道操作人员（焊接）焊工合格，且在

的有效期及合格范围内从事焊接工作。间断焊接时间超过６个

月，再次上岗前应重新考试；承担其他材质燃气管道安装的人员，必

须经过专门培训，并经考试合格，间断安装时间超过６个月，再次上

岗前应重新考试和技术评定。当使用的安装设备发生变化时，应针对

该设备操作要求进行专门培训。

２．２．１在沿车行道、人行道施工时，应在管沟沿线设置安全护栏，

并应设置明显的警示标志。在施工路段沿线，应设置夜间警示灯。

５．４．１０管道下沟前必须对防腐层进行１００％的外观检查，回

填前应进行１００％电火花检漏，回填后必须对防腐层完整性进行全线

检查，不合格必须返工处理直至合格。

７．２．２对不同级别、不同熔体流动速率的聚乙烯原料制造的管材

或管件，不同尺寸比（ＳＤＲ值）的聚乙烯燃气管道连接时，必

须采用电熔连接。施工前应进行试验，判定试验连接质量合格后，方

可进行电熔连接。

２采用ＰＥ管时，应先做相同人员、工况条件下的焊接试验。

１２．１．１管道安装完毕后应依次进行管道吹扫、强度试验和严密

性试验。
