摘要：以磁控溅射节能窗膜镀膜生产线的自动控制为主要研究对象，在深入分析生产线的镀膜工艺后，针对该生产线结构庞大、工

艺复杂、控制参数众多等特点，设计了一个采用西门子57．400为控制器的镀膜生产线监控系统。介绍了该监控系统的硬件配置和各

子系统的控制策略及特点，并给出了其中薄膜卷绕控制系统的数学模型；最后采用模块化的设计思想对该系统进行了软件平台选择

和程序功能分析。
