摘要：为降低无烟煤的用量，现代化高炉喷煤都以喷吹大量的烟煤为目标。但是烟煤制粉过程中过高的0，含量会导致爆炸现象的

发生，为此必须采用更为可靠的设备和手段来检测0：浓度。通过对磁氧分析仪的工作原理、控制系统结构及各组成环节的控制功能

的阐述，介绍了其在生产中的实际应用情况，并分析了磁氧分析仪的日常维护和常见故障排除。实际应用表明，磁氧分析仪为制粉系

统的安全运行提供了保障。
