本手册也是职员必须学习、掌握、熟知的工作和行为指南。学习、掌握手册的全部内容,有助于我们卓有成效、井井有条地工作,同时关于培养职员的团队精神,提高职员的积极性、激发职员的创新精神,从而促进公司的可持续开展有着特不深远、重大的意义。
