基于文本分析的电商平台隐私政策合规性研究

摘要

随着《个人信息保护法》的实施，电商平台隐私政策的合规性成为关注焦点。本研究选取国内十家主流

电商平台，采用LDA主题模型与内容分析法，结合《个保法》等法律法规，从主题分布与条款合规两个

维度对其隐私政策展开系统性评估。研究发现：平台隐私政策普遍存在形式合规与实质合规的落差，用

户权利保障维度表现薄弱，撤回同意权与账号注销权的实际合规率均低于50%，数据跨境传输告知成为

共性短板。不同商业模式平台的隐私政策侧重差异显著，内容型电商在服务功能说明上篇幅突出但权利

保障不足，综合型平台则面临新兴合规要求的挑战。研究提出，需通过细化监管指引、优化文本设计、

强化动态评估，推动隐私政策从文本规范转向实质保护。
