盆底磁电刺激联合生物反馈治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果分析

摘要目的：分析盆底磁电刺激联合生物反馈治疗女性压力性尿失禁（SUI）的效果。方法：选取2023年1—12月徐州市

妇幼保健院收治的SUI患者70例作为研究对象，随机分为常规组（n=35）与联合组（n=35）。常规组实施生物反馈治疗，联

合组在常规组基础上实施盆底磁电刺激治疗。比较两组盆底肌电值、盆底结构、生活质量。结果：治疗后，两组耐力收缩

值、紧张收缩值、快速收缩最大值均升高，且联合组高于常规组（P＜0.001）。治疗后，两组膀胱颈位置、尿道倾斜角、膀胱

尿道后角、肛提肌裂孔面积均改善，且联合组优于常规组（P＜0.001）。治疗后，两组心理影响、社会障碍、行为限制评分及

总分均升高，且联合组高于常规组（P＜0.001）。结论：盆底磁电刺激联合生物反馈治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果显著，可

促进患者盆底肌收缩能力恢复，改善盆底结构，提高患者生活质量。
