摘 要 随着人类对海洋的进一步开发，大量的海洋工程施工对水下焊接技术提出了新的要 求。水下湿式焊接成本低，焊接的质量可与干式焊接质量相比较。本课题水下湿式焊接 模拟实验装置设计的实验装置，用于模拟不同水深湿式焊接的各种不同情况，研究水下 湿法焊接的机理和对水下湿法焊接的控制。本课题主要分三个部分：焊机及其控制部分， 电信号采集部分和图象采集部分。焊接系统由焊接电源，焊接参数控制，行走机构，送 丝系统和焊枪组成；电信号采集部分由数字记忆示波器，HALL 传感器和接口电路组成； 水下焊接电弧区域图象采集系统主要由成像的光路系统，光信号转变为视频信号的摄像 系统和视频数字信号处理系统组成。 关键词：湿式焊接，水下焊接，图象采集系统，电信号采集，传感器。 水下湿式焊接模拟实验装置设计 Abstract Under along with the humanity to the sea further development, themassive oceanographic engineering construction added water welds thetechnology to set the new request. This topic mainly is divided three parts: Welding machine and itscontrol section, electrical signal gathering part and image gatheringpart. The welding system by welds the power source, the weldingparameter control, walks the organization, delivers the silk systemand the welding torch composes; Electrical signal gathering partiallyby the digital memory oscilloscope, the HALL sensor and the connectionelectric circuit is composed; The submarine welding electric arcregion image gathering system mainly by the imagery path of rays system, the light signal transforms for the video signal photograph system and the video frequency digital signal processing system is composed.
