微生物法处理 VOCs 系统的设计 摘 要 随着各种涂料、粘合剂及各种人造材料的广泛生产与使用，挥发性有机污染 物(VOCs)给人们带来的影响也正受到环境科研工作者越来越大的重视。VOCs的组 成极其复杂，其中除醛类外，常见的还有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、三氯乙烯、三氯甲 烷、萘、二异氰酸酯类等等，其特点是流量大、浓度低。含挥发性有机污染物(VOCs) 气体的排放浓度要达到我国《污染物排放标准》，如果超标准排放，会对厂房工作 人员或周围居民造成一定危害。 本文论述针对某制鞋厂产生的含挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)气体的处理系统的 设计过程，系统主要组成部分包括：含挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)气体的收集单元， 送风单元，污染气体处理单元。其中含挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)气体处理单元采 用微生物的生物降解法。作为一种很有前途的治理有害气体的新技术，生物处理 方法因其具有成本低、操作简单、技术清洁、无二次污染等优点而受到青睐，成 3 为当前研究的热点，效率达90%，排放浓度小于排放标（50mg/m ），达到了设计要 求。 关键词：挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)、生物降解、制鞋厂 I 微生物法处理 VOCs 系统的设计 Abstract Based on the investigation and analysis of the the shoes making factory, we found that the target pollutants were benzene 、toluene dimethylbenzene 、naphthalene 、 prussic acid and so on. Its characteristic is large flux and low concentration. The concentration of the VOCs that is sent to surroundings should meet to the standards of Emission Standards for VOCs Pollutants, or it would do harm to the workers of the municipal pumping station and the inhabitants. The aim of this paper is to introduce the designing of an integrity process to deal with the VOCs gas that emanate from the shoes making factory .The process are :the cell of VOCs gas collecting ,the cell of VOCs gas disposing .In the disposing cell ,biodegradation equipment was applied to remove VOCs in gas .Asia new up-and-coming technique to father contamination .Cleanliness technique ,without the second pollution ,so to be the hotpot .Its efficiency is will the largely producing and using the kinds of dopes ,bonds and man-made materials ,more and more bad gas which contains VOCs influence the peoples common life which leads many scientific investigator to think much of it .The compose of
