珍珠粉的鉴别研究 摘 要 我国是世界上最早养殖珍珠的国家，已有900多年的历史。尤其经过最近十几 年的飞速发展，我国的养殖珍珠产量名列世界第一。珍珠粉是一种名贵中药材，具 有安神定惊等功能，目前市场上有大量的仿冒品如滑石粉、钛白粉、贝壳粉等，因 此寻找一种方便快捷的鉴别方法具有重大的现实意义。通过理化实验以及X射线粉 晶衍射、红外光谱、热重分析、差热分析等现代测试技术对滑石粉、钛白粉、石灰、 牡蛎粉、白蝶贝粉、镭贝粉、碳酸钙粉、乳钙粉、珍珠粉等进行了研究，实验结果 表明: 理化方法只有在伪品为非碳酸钙类产品才能使用；X射线衍射分析能区分出 文石与方解石的结构；而热分析法能够正确鉴别出与珍珠粉成分差别较小的贝壳粉 等伪品。可以说，热分析法是目前鉴别珍珠粉及其伪品的最理想的方法。 关键词：珍珠粉，贝壳，碳酸钙，仪器分析 V 珍珠粉的鉴别研究 Abstract China is known as the inventor of the pearl farming method, with a history of more than 900 years. In the past a few decades, pearl farming has witnessed a gorgeously rapid development in China that majority pearls are produced wherefrom, especially pearl powder, one of the most important and expensive Chinese traditional medicines. Large quantities of fake commodities such as talcum powder, titanium dioxide, and shell powder are also seen in the market, which makes the study on how to identify them very important and necessary. Through physical and chemical experiments and X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis, DTA and other modern technology, talc, titanium white, lime, oyster powder, baidiebei powder 、leibei powder、calcium carbonate, Milk Calcium, and pearl powder were examined. The experimental results showed that physical and chemical methods can only be used in counterfeit goods having non-calcium carbonate products. The thermal analysis is able to correctly identify components with pearl powder smaller difference between the shell powder and other counterfeit goods.
