The development of Chinese insurance industry is staying in such an era which pays equal attention to both opportunities and challenges. In the last 20 years, Chinese insurance industry has maintained a double-digit growth. Especially after the establishment of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, from the initial establishment of the insurance regulatory system and the legal environment to almost perfect them, it is obvious to all that our young insurance industry has a great achievement of these recently decades. However, after the accession to the World Trade Organization, the opening up is getting further expanding and the process of economic globalization is also getting accelerating. Chinese insurance industry should not only to perfect the system of its self-development but also to adapt rapidly for the new request which the modernized insurance industry development proposed.
