要 “企业兴衰，成在安全、败在事故”，这是多年来实践中总结的道理。继电 保护和安全自动装置作为实现电力企业安全生产的一道重要防线，其安全管理工 作的好坏直接影响到江西 昌供电公司各项指标的实现。特别是近年来随着电力 体制改革的不断深入，将企业推向市场的新形势下，搞好生产一线安全管理工作 尤为重要。 本文首先通过对最近几年南供继电保护事故及不安全事件进行统计分析，结 合电网安全管理的原理和行业各项规章制度，从组织管理和技术管理两个角度研 究其在安全管理上的不足。然后借鉴国内外各企业安全管理的经验和模式，结合 南供继电保护的实际情况调整组织结构、健全安全管理制度体系、落实层级安全 责任制，并对安全教育培训、技术监督、考核激励及安全文化建设提出了若干具 体改进措施。 关键词：继电保护，安全管理，安全生产 I Abstract Rise and Fall of the enterprises, succeed in security, but lost in the accident, which is summed up over the years from the practice of truth.
