Methods 1.698 Obsteric outpatient pregnant women of shenzhens Hospital from May 2011 to March 2012 , using HC2180 PPG Blood Flow Monitor for detecting photoplethysmographic of the pregnant women in different gestational weeks . 2.On 660 normal pregnant women in different gestational weeks detected 756 cases of signal parameters ERI and DCTI value according to maternal age and gestational age group,then calculating the mean and standard deviation.The data was used SPSS13.0 statistics software two factors and levels of the factorial design and analysis of variance and multiple error bar drawing in normal pregnant women of different age, different gestational we
