Abstract The electrical repairing and manufactural enterprises were generally established in the ages of planned economy,and once made great contribution to the nation’s electricity construction.This kind of enterprises is of subordinate status in the division of line.Generally speaking,the enterprises are always at a disadvantage in marketing competetion because of small-scale of assets,extra emloyees and heavy successive burden. It is approaching that the auxiliary services will be separated from the main dealings,so the survival environment of the electrical repairing and manufactural enterprises is becoming worse and worse. In this circumstance, such enterprises are hard to win the position in fierce marketing competetion if they fail to change the management idea, make competetion consciousness and establish a set of policies adapted to market economy. The Electrical Equipment Factory of JiangXi Province is a traditional state-pwned enterprise which was set up in 1950s, and it is the only one that subordinates to JiangXi Electricity Supply Company. The same as the maj ority, its obvious characteristic is that of repairing and fitting. It owns many kinds of products while lacks of unmatchable ones and core competitive ability. The paper embarks from the reality of the Electrical Equipment Factory and presents individual opinion through the research in marketing strategy of the factory in view of the questions exit in both internal and external environment , and marketing strategy by using the fundamental theoties of Marketing Administration” and Strategy Administration”.All in all, expecting that can give some help to the enterprise.
