中文摘要 作为文化的一部分，语言不能脱离文化而自立；作为文化信息的载体，语言也不能仅 有符号的形式而丢失文化的内容。一种语言自然地负有承载、传播其主体文化的任务，体 现在服务于语言教学的二语教材上，语言和文化的关系决定了二语教材必然应具有主体文 化特征，此即二语教材的文化主体性。 采用统计分析的方法，对汉、英六部二语教材的非语言因素（人物形象、插图）和语 言因素（词汇、单元选题、课文）五个方面进行数据搜集，对六部教材在文化主体性方面 的异同做了比较分析。数据对比表明，所选的三部汉语二语教材在文化主体性上存在很大 的不足，而三部英语教材则能较好地坚持文化主体性。就如何体现文化主体性，提出了自 己的分析和观点。 这种对比分析，支撑了二语教材的文化主体性具有原则性、二语教材必须具有鲜明的 主体文化特征的观点，有望对汉语二语教材的编纂和使用有所裨益。 关键词：二语教材；文化主体性；比较 I Abstract As part of its culture, language is not independent; similarly, as an embodiment form of its culture, language is not merely in form of lingual symbols with its cultural content lost. A language is naturally obliged to embody and communicate its culture, which means, in term of its functions in second language textbooks, the natural connection between a language and culture confirms a fact that second language textbooks should present home cultural characteristics of the language, namely, the home cultural identity. Based on the data collected from statistics of two non-lingual factors (character and illustration) and three lingual factors (loan word, unit topic and text) of Chinese and English SL textbooks, the differences of cultural identity of six Chinese and English textbooks have been compared and analyzed. The comparison reveals that the selected three Chinese SL textbooks are remarkably less efficient in embodying home cultural identity than the selected three English SL textbooks. As for the question of how to make clear the home cultural identity of SL textbooks, analysis and opinion are presented.
