This research was mainly on the present lacked social donations of higher education from the mainland of our country. This article uses the interview law, and relative study method etc. to have the research empirically. In the course of the whole research, I have chosen some entrepreneurs of Guangzhou as the research objects, who have different character backgrounds. Through interview and by the method of collecting relevant materials through many channels, I have the research to analyze realistic factors of the lacked local donations of higher education, under the situation of requiring the pluralism in the source structure of the funds for higher education of our country, but facing the tuition fee going up and already reaching the limit, finance relatively short of money, and the depression and wandering up and down of donations. In terms of the theory and real example, it is to probe into the deep reason why domestic donations of higher education lack, make compare with the U.S.A., and discuss finally how the higher education of our country combines the national conditions, use domestic and international experience for reference and strengthen the ability to raise social fund. The study shows that firstly, the low degree of government sincerity, the unreasonable treatment to donated fund, the imperfect supervise system, and the indeterminate policy guidance is one of the important factors influencing the society to donate higher education. Secondly, the NGO of the continent of our country develops imperfectly, and lacks qualified personnel in a specific field and voluntarily donate mechanism, which restrain domestic social support of higher education. Thirdly, universitys excessive reliance psychology to state finance lower it’s enthu
