论文摘要 在知识经济时代，各个组织都在应用各种技术、技能和策略来更好地管理所 拥有的知识，以适应经济的发展。知识管理，简单地说，包括一系列促进知识共 享与创新的理念与实践策略，它强调对隐性知识的共享与发掘，体现以人为本的 管理理念。知识管理兴起于企业管理领域，但现在已经延伸到社会的其它领域， 教育领域是其应用的一个特殊领域。高校教师是高等教育活动中的一个主要群 体，是典型的知识工作者，研究知识管理在高校教师层面的应用是知识管理在教 育领域中应用研究的一个重要方向。本论文以广西民族学院的教师信息素养培养 为个案，尝试通过研究知识管理在高校教师信息素养培养中的应用模型和应用实 践来进行相关的探讨。 本论文首先阐述了知识管理的相关理论与实践策略，并建立了知识管理的框 架模型，然后梳理了知识管理在教育领域的应用研究状况。论文重点论述了知识 管理在高校教师信息素养培养中的应用模型，以及该应用模型在广西民族学院教 师信息素养培养中的实践状况，最后，对相关的实践进行了评价。 关键词： 知识管理，隐性知识，实践社团，高校教师，信息素养 5 Abstract Today is the era of Knowledge-based Economy. Every organization tries to manage the knowledge in hand through all kinds of technology, skills and strategies in order to adapt to the deve lopment of the economy. Briefly, knowledge management is a series of theories and practical strategies in order to improve the share and creation of knowledge. It emphasizes the share and discovery of tacit knowledge, and shows the managing ideas of taking the human as foundation. It started from the enterprise management and has extended to the other fields of the society especially to the educational field. University teachers are the main colony in the higher educational activities and the typical knowledge workers, a study on application of knowledge management to university teachers level is an important research subject in educational field. Taking Guangxi university for nationalities as a case, the author tries to explore the practical model and practices in cultivating the information literacy of university teachers In this paper, the author introduces the theories and practical strategies relevant to knowledge management first, then examines the practical research
